The kitchen team is headed by legendary Chef Starr, and lifelong friend Chef Frank Lucas and Chef Drew Ostipkwo. Together they have fashioned a unique menu consisting of Starr’s tried and true classics such as Crab Cakes, Almond Crusted Flounder and Thick Cut Swordfish in addition to an innovative selection of fresh seasonal creations

Long a connoisseur of fine wines, Starr Boggs has put together an impressive cellar featuring wines for all price ranges and all palates. The restaurant’s wine list is easily one of the most extensive in all of the Hamptons. An offering of wines by theglass rounds out a complete dining experience for patrons who prefer sampling different wines for different courses.

The restaurant resides in a converted historic home. Its interior dining rooms offer four unique venues for a comfortable dining experience. Whether it be on a relaxed screened in porch, a private club room, “a place to be seen” dining room with art as vibrant as our customers, or a well positioned mahogany bar for ‘the best people watching in the Hamptons’- you are ensured to enjoy your evening! There is also a covered alfresco dining area that features spectacular landscaping, gardens and waterfall. The expansive outside bar is the place to meet friends, enjoy music and dine.

No summer in the Hamptons would be complete without Monday Night Lobster Bake at Starr Boggs! The restaurant offers a fabulous feast with appetizer buffet, seafood bar, seasonal salads, ribs, sausage, meatballs, and more… The main course is Lobster and Steak with all the trimmings followed by seasonal dessert using the ripest fruit to finish!!
